Delivering a series of seminars involving key personnel from within market access decision-making bodies in the NHS.

Helping support and encourage the future role of communications agencies in the strategic development and tactical implementation of digital activities.

Benchmarking
The main activity conducted by this workstream is the annual HCA Agency Benchmarking Survey.

Consumer Health
Looks at the importance of regulations, globalisation, working with pharmacists, CSR and future-proofing on the consumer health industry.
