The HCA’s Consumer Health workstream is led by Alison Dunlop and focuses on looking at the importance and impact of regulations, globalisation, working with pharmacists, CSR and future-proofing on the consumer health industry, specifically related to communications. Following meetings held recently with other consumer health professionals the workstream will prioritise looking at each area through activities which may include surveys, workshops, best practice events, panel discussions and building relationships with other associations.
