New Report Launch: Optimising Business Partnerships in Healthcare Communications
🚀
As you are aware the HCA have taken the initiative of
optimising business partnerships in healthcare communications across a number of key stakeholders. We refer to the engagement of these stakeholders as the Partnership Triangle inclusive of business partners (marketing, medical affairs, advocacy, policy, market access, communications), procurement and agencies
.
We have been working with each of these stakeholders to understand each of their positions, objectives and perceptions and then identify the way forward.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with individuals from all 3 stakeholders across biotech, mid-size and large pharma as well as agencies of all shapes and sizes. We would like to introduce you to the first report from our meetings in Q2
.
We examined the differences among the stakeholders in terms of Purpose, Perception and Process and uncovered the fundamental challenges that each of these stakeholders’ face within the Partnership Triangle. The next stage is to bring the same stakeholder groups together in order to take the insights gained and share them with each of the groups and develop sustainable solutions, the outcomes of which we will share with you after the next stage.
If you are part of the Partnership Triangle, we invite you to join us in this important initiative! For more details, email us at
[email protected]
.
