Agency Benchmarking Survey
The annual agency HCA Benchmarking Survey, provides unique industry leading insights and benchmarks to aid commercial success.
Data is collected from participating members using an online questionnaire, and the findings are split into two categories of organisations for some responses:
- General/integrated healthcare communications and/or PR
- Medical education and/or scientific communications
Only participating agencies receive the benchmarking report. Participants are provided with a confidential, company specific report showing their data compared to anonymised industry averages.
The benchmarking process is fully managed by an independent market researcher, under strict confidentiality, to guarantee no organisation identifiable data is seen by any other party. No member of the Benchmarking Working Group, HCA Board or any other committee members have access to the raw data and only have access to the anonymised industry average data if their organisation participates.
If your agency wishes to participate in the annual Benchmarking Survey, please confirm your interest in the first quarter of the calendar year by emailing: [email protected]
