In order to qualify for member prices when booking an event, please ensure that you have first logged in as a member.
Check who is attending
To see who has registered to attend an event from your own organisation, please login and go to the Members' Area / Organisation Event Bookings.
Please note that payment for all HCA events and workshops is non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend an event, then it may be possible to change the delegate name to someone else within your organisation.
Changing a delegate name
This should be done at least one week prior to the event date in order to ensure the correct name is included on any delegate materials. Please send us any name changes by email and ensure that the the new attendee has registered as an employee of an HCA member organisation (click on yellow box top right hand corner).
