ANUUAL MEETING ATTENDEES WHO WOULD LIKE A TICKET FOR LIFELINE -  REGISTER HERE  

Please note: To utilise your one free ticket per member organisation, please enter the code that has been emailed to your HCA Primary Contact. 

There is also an option to purchase additional tickets at £28 per ticket.

YOU NEED TO PRE-BOOK A LIFELINE TICKET HERE, TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE NIGHT

Please note: should you book a free LIFELINE ticket and then do not attend the Annual Meeting, or transfer it to somebody in your organisation who does, you will be invoiced for the ticket price afterwards.  By booking a ticket you are accepting these terms and conditions.
