Briefing with Ross Lydall, Evening Standard

This is a unique opportunity to meet Ross Lydall, Health Editor at the Evening Standard, who will be speaking at our next Journalist Briefing on 24th February, 4-6pm, 2020.

Ross will be talking about his typical day, what it's like doing his job at the Evening Standard - as well as providing some tips on how to enter into dialogue with him about possible news articles and areas of interest.  There will be plenty of time for questions after the main presentation.
 

BIOGRAPHY

Ross Lydall is Health Editor and City Hall Editor at the Evening Standard. He has been Health Editor for the last six years. He has worked at the Standard since 2002, but for a couple of years (2008/9) was political editor of The Scotsman. 
Prior to joining the Standard, he was editor of the Ham & High and Highbury & Islington Express, both in north London. He covered the London 2012 Olympics and Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and has reported on assignment from Afghanistan, New York, China and India.
