A unique workshop on best practice for working with patient groups and advocates in a post COVID -19 communications environment.

Patient advocacy in a post COVID -19 communications environment will not be the same as it was before. This workshop, part training, part scenario planning, will cover the following:
  • The fundamentals of patient advocacy
  • What it was like before COVID -19
  • What has changed since the start of the pandemic
  • What is likely to change in future
  • How medical communications agencies need to adapt
Co facilitated by Nick Hicks of Commutateur Advocacy Communications and supported by Christoph Thalheim (Executive Director of the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform, EMSP).

Aimed at more senior individuals and teams without a specialist background in patient advocacy/ engagement and for executives with a background in the area who want to deepen their knowledge.
