Join us for the launch of our new initiative and associated resources, to help prepare for, and support, those returning to work after a prolonged absence. This Shared Experience will take the form of a panel discussion with some of the people who have helped develop the HCA’s new, best practice resources.
Understanding how to best support a return to work is a valuable insight for us all, to help ensure when it is our colleague, we know what best practice should look like. So, whether you are somebody who sees a period of absence in your future, are a manager or responsible for internal policy, or a potential colleague; this discussion and the resources being launched, will be of interest.
