Communicating the Value of Patient Advocacy
Wednesday 11th June, 12:30-1:30 BST
Meaningful and impactful patient engagement and advocacy is a critical driver of success for pharmaceutical companies. As the health landscape continues to change, innovative and communicative patient engagement benefits the wider healthcare community, while also driving organisational strategic imperatives.
This session invites you to explore how embedding patient engagement and advocacy across all levels of an organisation can foster cross-functional collaboration, transform engagement, and integrate the patient journey into all aspects of day-to-day operations and activities. Attendees will gain insights into building trust and driving innovation in best practice, while measuring engagement to evaluate success.
