We will be hearing from Kirsty Murphy, the world's first, and still only, female Red Arrows pilot who will be speaking about the importance of teamwork.
The Red Arrows are world renowned for their commitment to excellence achieved through precision teamwork and life or death trust in each other.
Kirsty Murphy, the first female Red Arrows pilot, has led both combat and commercial assignments and is used to intense, stressful and high-performance situations with her team. From flying Tornado operations in Iraq, instructing Hawk T1 pilots in their tactics, and flying as part of the ultimate Team, The Red Arrows, Kirsty knows how to be prepared and adaptable to changing, often extreme, circumstances. Her stories and insights on succeeding in these high-pressure environments bring a refreshing perspective to the unprecedented challenges facing today’s organisations.
