Charles will talk us through the changing landscape of customer engagement and advances in AI technology that are enabling more engagements between brand and consumer to be automated. Charles will discuss the voice landscape, history and trajectory and suggest where it will sit in the conversational channel mix. He will then share some tools, techniques and frameworks to help shape the scale of the opportunity for voice and chat bots.
This will be a very interactive session where you will have the chance to ideate and develop specific concepts that can be immediately actionable.
