At this Shared Experience, our DE&I Non-Exec Director, Afua Basoah (Head of Health Strategy, RAPP) guides us through the HCA’s newly developed DE&I Framework, aimed at supporting organisations in navigating their own DE&I journeys. We all have a responsibility to take an active role in supporting DE&I within our organisations and the work we undertake. This session helps everybody consider the key stages of this journey, the areas of focus, and provides ideas of what we can do practically.
