The Taylor Bennett Foundation is a non-for-profit organisation which seeks to address the need for greater diversity in the communications industry. This fantastic charity has been making strides to encourage black, Asian and minority ethnic graduates to pursue a career in communications since its inception in 2008 (registered as a charity in 2013). They do so through their award-winning internships and mentoring initiatives, and through the support of leading communications agencies.
The Foundation operate in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and have shared their wisdom in addressing and promoting diversity in the industry.
