Charlotte was a partner in a top ten global communications agency, before setting up her own consultancy – ‘Transforming Words’ in 2016. Prior to this, Charlotte was a pharmacist and a pharmacy journalist. Enjoy hearing her insight and learning more about how to identify and tackle unconscious bias in the workplace.
