Members can now see a summary of findings from the 2014-15 HCA Benchmarking programme, “Working Together to Adapt and Thrive”.
The whole pharma landscape is changing and the environment within which healthcare communications operates is unrecognisable now from what it was even five years ago – new regulations, standards of operation, access issues and rapidly emerging technologies are all just part of the whirlwind. The active collaboration between pharma and consultancy colleagues has never been more important if the resulting new challenges are to be effectively tackled, as illustrated in this report. As usual, an annual benchmarking survey was conducted in 2015 among consultancies (23 responded) but we also reached out to pharma members and independent consultants / freelancers, the latter for the first time. This gives us a broader perspective on what’s currently important to healthcare communicators across the whole industry.Participating member companies / individuals have already seen a full report on the findings for their respective section of the HCA membership. We would like to thank all those who took part.To view a summary of findings from the 2014-15 HCA Benchmarking programme, “Working Together to Adapt and Thrive”, please click here.
