In communications, our people are our most important asset. Their health and wellbeing, both physical and mental, should therefore always be of the highest priority. But sadly, although improving, mental health still has stigmas attached. Just opening up the conversation on mental health can start to make a real difference and that is why we encourage all those in communications to embrace this initiative.
IT'S TIME TO TAKE POSITIVE ACTION ON MENTAL HEALTH.
The HCA joined with the CIPR and PRCA in supporting the HEARD MENTALITY campaign. Following work tracking industry mental health and wellbeing, for the first time our organisations worked together to launch the HEARD MENTALITY campaign to inspire communications professionals to take positive action on mental health across the industry.
